Questions people ask us
How do I pay for a course?
There is no online payment on this site. Open a course, sign in and tap “Request to buy”. Share your name, phone number and a good time to call.
Our team phones you, you pay by GPay or UPI, and as soon as we confirm the payment the course unlocks in your account. You get an email when it does.
Do I need an account before I can request a course?
Yes. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute. You also need to verify your email address once, so we know where to send your updates.
How long do I have access?
For life. There is no expiry date and no subscription: pay once and the course stays in your account, so you can come back to any lesson whenever you like.
Which devices can I learn on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser and an internet connection. Your progress is saved, so you can start on your phone and carry on from a laptop right where you left off.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy explains what is covered and how to ask. Please read it before you pay, and call us if anything is unclear.
Will I get a certificate?
Certificates of completion are coming soon. They are not available yet, so please do not buy a course only for a certificate.
