Terms of use
These terms explain how JD Tech & Studio works and what we expect from each other. By creating an account or requesting a course you agree to them.
Draft written on 4 October 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is run by JD Tech & Studio, in India (“we”, “us”). [Registered business name and address to be added.] You can reach us at jdtechandstudio@gmail.com or on the contact page.
2. Your account
- You need an account to buy and watch courses. Please give true details and keep your password private.
- You must verify your email address before you can send a purchase request.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.
3. How buying a course works
There is no online payment on this site. Buying is done by request:
- You send a purchase request for a course with your name, phone number and a good time to call.
- We phone you. You pay the listed price by GPay or UPI, outside this website.
- When we have confirmed that the payment reached us, we mark your request as paid and the course unlocks in your account. You get an email when it does.
A sale is complete only when we confirm your payment. A request on its own is not a purchase and you are not charged for it. Prices are shown in Indian rupees; we may change a price, but a price you have already paid is never changed. [Tax and invoice details to be added.]
4. Lifetime access
Once a course is unlocked you keep access to it for life: it does not expire and there is no subscription. “Lifetime” means the life of the service, so if we ever had to withdraw a course or close the site we would tell you first and [describe the remedy, for example a refund or a download].
5. What you may and may not do with the videos
- The courses are for your own personal learning. Access is for one person and cannot be shared, sold or rented.
- Do not record, copy, download or republish the videos or lesson files, and do not try to bypass the protection on them.
- Videos may show your account details (such as your email or phone number) faintly on screen. This helps us trace leaks. It is there on purpose.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and in serious cases end access without a refund.
6. Our content
Courses, videos, text and images belong to us or to the instructors who made them. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it, not ownership of it.
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are planned but not available yet. Please do not buy a course only for a certificate.
8. Keeping the service running
We work to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features and may fix mistakes in course details or prices.
9. Our responsibility
Courses teach skills; we cannot promise a particular result, job or income. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any problem is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited. [To be confirmed by a lawyer.]
10. Refunds and your data
Please read our refund policy and our privacy policy. They are part of these terms.
11. Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If a change matters, we will tell you by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city to be decided] have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
