Refund policy
You pay by GPay or UPI after we call you, so refunds are handled personally by our team. Here is how that works.
Draft written on 4 October 2026.
1. Before you pay
You are never charged by sending a purchase request. We call you first, so you can ask about the course, its lessons and its price. If you decide not to go ahead, simply tell us on the call or cancel the request in your account. Nothing is owed.
2. After you pay
Courses are digital and unlock as soon as we confirm your payment. [The owner to decide: for example, “You may ask for a full refund within 7 days of your course unlocking, provided you have watched less than 20% of it.”]
3. When we will refund you
- You were charged but the course did not unlock and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged twice for the same course.
- The course is not as described on its page. [Conditions to be confirmed.]
- [Any other cases the owner decides.]
4. When we cannot refund
- After the refund window in section 2 has passed. [To be confirmed.]
- If an account broke the terms of use, for example by sharing or copying the videos.
- Because of a change of mind about a skill or a job outcome, once the course has been substantially watched. [To be confirmed.]
5. How to ask
- Contact us through the contact page and quote your request code (it looks like REQ-7K2M9) and the email address of your account.
- Tell us briefly why you are asking.
- We will reply, and may call you, to understand the problem.
6. How we pay you back
An approved refund is sent by UPI to the account you originally paid from, within [number] working days of approval. Because payments are made outside this site, we cannot refund to any other account. When a refund is approved, access to that course ends and we will let you know by email.
7. Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
